• Planning: Preparation of Baseline Schedule, presentation to all stakeholders, Submission for approval, calculation and assignment of resources, preparation of labor and machinery/equipment histograms, establishing the update and monitoring system.
  • Cost Control: Budget Forecasts, calculation of direct and indirect costs, determination of cash flows, risks and opportunities.
  • Development of Project Controls systems with WBS, CBS and CoA’s structuring through independent software modules or through an ERP.
  • Scope Management: Determination of change orders by comparing Tender/Contract document vs as build document, reviewing design/progress minutes of meetings, correspondences, Assessment of additional cost and time based on the findings, Preparation and submission of new unit rates,
  • Claim Management: Determination of delaying items, issuance of the notices, preparation of the narrative for each delaying event, performing delay analysis, submission of extension of time claim, Presentation of the EoT documents, attending meetings.
  • Reporting: Establishment of daily/weekly/monthly reporting system.
