Claim Management: Determination of delaying items, issuance of the notices, preparation of the narrative for each delaying event, performing delay analysis, submission of extension of time claim, Presentation of the EoT documents, attending meetings.
Reporting: Establishment of daily/weekly/monthly reporting system.
